Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare your baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper to prevent the cheese from sticking.
- Mix Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella, sliced pepperoni, and Italian seasoning. Stir thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly incorporated. If using the egg, beat it lightly and mix it in at this point to help the chips bind better.
- Form Chips: Using a tablespoon, scoop out small mounds of the mixture and place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing each mound about two inches apart to allow room for spreading.
